We currently offer all services normally, but we have a strict protocol for taking actions to deal with unforeseen events in collaboration with the authorities.
¿What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?
You are already staying in one of our hotels but would rather return home, don’t worry, we will refund you the difference of the days you couldn’t have enjoyed.
If your stay is between March 15 to April 29, you can cancel free of charge, regardless of the type of rate you have contracted. If you need help, contact us by phone 0800 02 11 953 or send us an email to email@example.com
If you have booked a flexible rate and canceled within the contractually agreed period, there will be no charge for stays in April and May. Remember that according to our terms:
¿What happens if I have a non-refundable reservation?
We will refund your money for prepaid and / or non-refundable reservations for stays between March 15 to April 29.
For stays from April 30. and May, we offer you the option to change your travel dates so that you can enjoy your vacation in 2020 without worries.
