¿What happens if I want to cancel my reservation?

 
If you have booked through a channel or agency that is not our website (www.hotelsviva.com), please contact them directly.
 
If your reservation has been made through www.hotelsviva.com and If your stay is between March 15 to June 30, you can cancel free of charge, regardless of the type of rate you have contracted. If you need help, contact us by phone 0800 02 11 953 or send us an email to info@hotelsviva.com

If you have booked a flexible rate and canceled within the contractually agreed period, there will be no charge.

¿What happens if I have a non-refundable reservation?

We will refund the already paid amount of non-refundable reservations for stays between March 15 to June 30. The amount will be refunded to the given credit card. 

We also offer you the option to change your travel dates, so that you can enjoy your vacation in 2020 or 2021 without worries.
