2. What personal details do we collect?
The data used to send marketing emails is collected from:
- Forms you submit and requests made to the hotels and companies in the Hotels VIVA group, for example when you make a reservation or request a service;
- Information provided to said hotels and companies in order to contract our services;
- Information resulting from your stay in our hotels or from carrying out the services you have booked;
The data we process is categorised according to the following:
- Identification and contact details;
- Details of a personal nature such as gender, date and country of birth, nationality, family circumstances and language;
- Financial details and transactions: data relating to reservations and stays at Hotels VIVA;
- Data relating to contact made with the group;
3. Why do we process this data?
We use the data we collect to send marketing emails about our hotels and services to the email addresses provided and to calculate statistics and improve the quality of our products and services.
4. Who can we share your data with?
We do not share your data without your prior consent.
5. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for us to send bulk marketing emails, calculate statistics and carry out quality surveys is our legitimate interest in evaluating and promoting our services and your consent for us to send emails to the address provided.
6. How long will we keep your data?
Data processed for commercial purposes will be stored until such time as the interested party withdraws their consent or requests that it be erased and, in any case, for the period of time stipulated by the applicable legal provisions and for as long as is necessary to carry out any responsibilities which may arise from its processing.
