Who We Are
The Hotels VIVA Foundation was born from our strong commitment to the environment that welcomes us, the people who are part of our community, and the culture that gives our island its identity.
Our hotel activity has always been developed with a deep sense of responsibility towards Mallorca, its people, and its natural and cultural heritage.
The Foundation is the natural evolution of years of work in sustainability, solidarity, and cultural promotion. Within its own legal framework, it brings continuity and cohesion to the many initiatives we have carried out since our beginnings, channelling efforts and resources to generate a truly positive and lasting impact.
Mission
To actively contribute to the sustainable development of Mallorca, by promoting respect for the environment, supporting the most vulnerable groups, and fostering local art and culture. Through concrete and collaborative actions, we seek to give back part of what this land and its people offer us, creating social, environmental, and cultural value.
Our mission is built around three fundamental pillars: Environment, Society, and Culture. From these, we develop programmes aimed at improving people’s lives, protecting our natural resources, and preserving the island’s cultural legacy.
Vision
We aspire to be a transformative agent in the Mallorcan community, a bridge between our company, our guests, and society, channelling proposals, resources, and ideas that drive a more human, fair, and sustainable tourism model.
We aim to establish ourselves as an open, transparent, and participative platform that reflects not only the values of Hotels VIVA, but also those of our guests, collaborators, and partners — working together towards a more balanced, supportive, and environmentally committed future.
