Business model
For more than 25 years, Hotels VIVA has grown as a family-owned company committed to excellence, sustainability, and the development of Mallorca. Our focus is on delivering high-quality holiday experiences in some of the most privileged locations in the northeast of the island.
We manage six wholly owned hotels under the VIVA brand, as well as a jointly owned rural hotel, all carefully integrated into their natural surroundings. Each property reflects our commitment to responsible hospitality, offering a warm and welcoming experience centred on the well-being of our guests.
Sustainability guides every decision we make. We work to protect the environment, create shared value, and strengthen our connection with local communities, contributing to the sustainable development of Mallorca.

Quality, sustainability and environmental certifications
EMAS, ISO and SICTED certifications demonstrate our commitment to quality, environmental management and continuous improvement. They provide a framework that enables us to optimise resources, reduce our environmental impact and continue building a more responsible way of experiencing and sharing our island, Mallorca.
The replacement of fossil fuel-based heat generators with high-efficiency aerothermal heat pumps has been achieved thanks to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
