La cerveza está de moda. Cada vez tiene menos que envidiarle al vino, cuya cultura y tradición atrae a paladares de todo el mundo. La popularidad de la cerveza artesana ha ido creciendo de forma imparable con el paso de los años haciéndose un importante hueco en las Islas Baleares.

Catas, ferias especializadas como el Beer Palma, celebrado el pasado mes de mayo a los pies de la Catedral de Palma, bares especializados en cerveza con generosas cartas de cervezas de importación… y por supuesto las producidas aquí, de las que estamos más que orgullosos.

Algunas de las marcas de fabricación local son: Sullerica, Beer Lovers, Cervesa des Pla, Forastera, Tramuntana… No os las perdáis. Son cervezas creadas con productos totalmente naturales y con un sabor único. Los principales ingredientes que emplean son maltas provenientes de Bélgica y Alemania, lúpulos de Inglaterra y agua de la misma Serra de Tramuntana.

Inevitablemente, con la popularidad y el número de adeptos que ha ido adquiriendo esta refrescante bebida, en Mallorca han ido apareciendo algunos locales especializados en cerveza. Os recomendamos algunos de ellos: el Bar las Palmeras y la Cervesseria Corb Marí, que se encuentran en el Arenal, o Tramuntana y Lorien  ubicados en Palma, en pleno casco antiguo. Esta última es una de las mejores cervecerías de la isla, lleva abierta 24 años y ofrece unas 100 cervezas en su carta, con un ambiente de taberna medieval y una decoración celta que hace que parezca de otro siglo.

This summer refresh with artisanal beer

The beer is fashionable. It has anything to envy the wine, whose culture and tradition attracts palates around the world. The popularity of artisanal beer has grown unabated over the years becoming an important gap in the Balearic Islands.

Tastings, specialized fairs like the Beer Palma, held last May at the foot of the Cathedral of Palma, bars specialized in beer with generous menus of imported beers... and of course those produced here, of which we are more than proud.

Some of the brands manufactured locally are: Sullerica, Beer Lovers, Cervesa des Pla, Forastera, Tramuntana ... Don’t miss them. They are beers created with all-natural products and with a unique flavor.

The main ingredients used are malts from Belgium and Germany, hops and water from the Serra de Tramuntana.

Inevitably, with the popularity and the number of followers that has acquired this refreshing drink in Mallorca some bars specialized in beer have appeared. We recommend some of them:  Bar Las Palmeras and Cervesseria Corb Marí, located in s’Arenal, or Tramuntana and Lorien located in Palma, in the old town. The latter is one of the best breweries on the island, opened 24 years ago and offering over 100 beers in his menu, with an atmosphere of medieval tavern and a Celtic decor that makes it look like from another century.
