- This service is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
- Available only up to 5 days prior to arrival.
- Confirmation will be sent by email within the 7 days prior to your arrival.
- Valid only for bookings of one room.
- If the request includes a room upgrade, we will contact you to arrange the corresponding payment and confirm the reservation. This amount will be subject to the same cancellation policy as the original booking.
- If your request consists of choosing a specific room number within the same booked category, payment will be made at check-in.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to assign the requested room, we guarantee an alternative as similar as possible.

The room pre-assignment service is available up to 5 days before check-in. You will not be able to submit your request if you try to access the service outside this period.
The room selection service involves an additional supplement, the amount of which varies depending on the season and the category of the selected room.
If the request involves an upgrade to a higher category, we will contact you to arrange the corresponding payment and proceed with the reservation confirmation. This amount will be subject to the same cancellation conditions as the original booking.
If the request is limited to selecting a room number within the already booked category, payment will be made directly at check-in.
The hotel will confirm your request within the 7 days prior to your arrival, and you will receive the confirmation at the email address used to make the reservation.
At present, the service allows the selection of only one room per request. If your reservation includes more than one room, please contact info@hotelsviva.com, where our team will be happy to assist you.
