VIVA Sunrise is one of our most popular and successful family hotels.
It's located in Puerto de Alcúdia, about 400 metres from the beach, in one of the best coastal areas of Mallorca.
In this aparthotel, which is open from April to October, relaxation for adults is perfectly blended with an amazing variety of leisure options and activities for children, making it a perfect choice for families, as well as sportsmen and women or groups of friends, who are visiting our island and looking for a quiet, cosy and comfortable stay.
The new features we have planned for our hotel in 2023 are:

And even more so in a hotel like VIVA Sunrise, where children can play outdoors, enjoying the wonderful temperatures our island enjoys for most of the year.
A new feature this year is that our large outdoor pool has been divided into two. A larger pool with an inflatable bubble for fun-seekers, and a smaller one, which is ideal to enjoy a nice dip or just to relax a little. There's also a large area devoted to sun loungers.
Another new feature is the exclusive Selection Club pool reserved only for guests who book this category. This new pool is located on the first floor and has a large solarium area with Balinese sunbeds and a drinks service.
The new Splash area for children and babies will have new slides and attractions this year, and is designed for refreshment and fun. It's one of the main attractions for the youngest members of the family.
We’re kicking off 2023 by carrying out some renovations to these water facilities to increase their safety and comfort.

Selection Club gives you the freedom to choose a customised stay, enabling you to personalise your holiday according to your tastes and interests.
This category was available at other hotels in our chain, and from this April it will also be available at VIVA Sunrise.
Choosing the Selection Club category will give you an exclusive service. You and your family will have a distinctive "All Inclusive" bracelet, and you'll be able to check in and out privately in a faster, much more personalised way.
You'll also benefit from a private concierge service (10am to 6pm) and 24-hour WhatsApp service.
You'll also be able to enjoy the free Selection Club à la carte breakfast in our new Sports Bar.
Other services that you can benefit from if you opt for Selection Club during your stay at VIVA Sunrise include bathrobes and slippers for adults and children, a pillow menu, Premium bed linen, a selection of ecologically-certified VIP amenities, and a drinks service at the Selection Club outdoor swimming pool, among others.
