Un buen cliente del Viva Palmanova, Bert Borst, nos había pedido colaboración para recaudar fondos para la construcción de un hospital especializado para la investigación y tratamientos para niños con cáncer.
Será el primer hospital de estas características en Europa y el segundo en el mundo y se va construir en Holanda
La organización se llama KIKA y el cliente recauda fondos buscando patrocinadores para su participación en la Maratón de Nueva York.
Los propietarios de Hotels Viva han aportado una parte, regalando parte del importe de su estancia de este año.
El director del Viva Palmanova ha recaudado
dinero entre el personal del hotel y ayer por la noche Bufo (la mascota de Hotels Viva) también recaudó fondos entre los clientes del establecimiento.
Así se consiguieron un importe total de 1.645€ que la noche del 08/05/13 fueron entregados con un cheque simbólico.
Ánimo Bert y mucha suerte en el Maratón de Nueva York!!
Bert Borst, a very good and loyal friend of Viva Palmanova, asked Bufo to help him to raise money for Kika.
Kika is an organization dedicated to raising funds for investigation and curing children with cancer.
At this moment Kika is working hard to raise money to build the first hospital in Europe specialized in investigation and treatment of children suffering from cancer.
Bert is going to participate in the Marathon of New York and is goal is to find as many sponsors as possible to raise a lot of money for Kika.
Of course Bufo wanted to help, being the children’s best friend, and together with Viva Hotels and the staff and guests of Viva Palmanova, he managed to collect 1.645 €!

Bert Borst, een goede en trouwe vriend van Viva Palmanova heeft onlangs Bufo om hulp gevraagd bij de inzameling van fondsen voor Kika.
Kika is een organisatie die zich inzet voor onderzoek en behandeling van kinderkanker.
Op dit moment word er druk ingezameld voor de bouw van het eerste gespecialiseerde ziekenhuis van Europa voor onderzoek naar, en de behandeling van, kanker onder kinderen.
Bert zal mee gaan doen aan de marathon Van New York en probeert sponsors te vinden om zo veel mogelijk geld in te zamelen voor Kika.
Natuurlijk kon Bufo hier, als grote kindervriend, geen nee tegen zeggen, en met de hulp van Viva Hotels, het personeel van Viva Palmanova en de gasten van het hotel is het ons gelukt om 1.645 € in te zamelen.
We wensen Bert Borst en Kika zeer veel success en zijn blij en trots ons steentje te hebben mogen bijdragen aan dit zeer belangrijke project.
