No. We only offer stays in our hotels.
We do not offer transfers between the airport and the hotels. However, we recommend two companies which do. You can find their details on our homepage or contact them directly by clicking on the following links: Hotelextras and Iberoservice.
As these companies are not owned by Hotels Viva, you will need to accept their legal and booking terms & conditions. If in any doubt, you will find the contact telephone numbers on their respective websites.
If you are not paying in advance when booking, you will only be asked for your card details as a booking guarantee. When you arrive at the hotel, you do not need to pay with the same credit card as the one used to make the booking.
No, the person in whose name the booking is made does not have to be the cardholder.

In general, unless the specific room rate stipulates otherwise, you will be asked for card details as a booking guarantee only, at the time of booking. These card details will only be used in the event of late cancellation or “no-show” (non-arrival).

Hotels Viva receptions are open 24 hours a day.
You can check in from 2.00pm onwards. On the day of departure, your room must be vacated by 12 noon.
The hotels have swimming pool/beach towels available for your use. They are changed three times a week.
All Hotels Viva swimming pools are fresh water pools.
There are no extra charges for food for people with coeliac disease. If you have an allergy to gluten or any other food, please inform the waiter so that you can be offered an alternative.
Most of our hotels offer the Half Board option, which includes breakfast and evening meal. Some offer the Half Board Plus option (Viva Cala Mesquida Club, Viva Cala Mesquida Resort and Viva Can Picafort). With this option, drinks are included with the evening meal.
