A history that starts on November 1998 when ETI (Explotacions Turístiques de les Illes) Group owners decided to administer and commercialize with their own hotels under the registered mark Viva Hotels & Resorts.
From our nine original establishments, there are twelve with the commercial brand of Viva Hotels, and from 2008 onwards, two of them will be registered as Vanity Hotels (www.vanityhotels.com), a new concept of accommodation addressed to adults exclusive. All our hotels are located in Majorca and Menorca, and the total amount of rooms surrounds the number of 3.200 while the number of employees nearly reaches 1.300.
ETI Group is also distinguished by its importance in the property sector, where it has more than 30 years of guaranteed experience (www.inmo-eti.com). Moreover, our group has also participations in the touristic industry outside our frontiers. Concretely in the Dominican Republic, in the Excellence Punta Cana, and in the famous Riviera Maya area in the South of Cancun, Mexico, in the hotels Excellence Riviera Cancún and Excellence Playa Mujeres (inaugurated on November 2007). Moreover, there are new and very important projects in Mexico, The Dominican Republican and Jamaica (www.excellence-resorts.com).
