PAYMENTS
- For reservations booked more than 36 days in advance: A 12% bank transfer as an advanced payment will be required. The rest of the total cost (normally 88% of the net total amount) will have to be paid within the 30 days before the arrival at the hotel.
- For reservations booked up to 36 days in advance: a payment of the total net cost of the reservation will have to be made by bank transfer.
- For reservations booked up to 15 days in advance: a payment of the total net cost of the reservation will have to be made by credit card .
Times within which to make the transfer are specified on the reservation form.
TRANSFER CONFIRMATIONS
Once the transfer is made, proof will have to be sent by fax to : +34971897007 or by e-mail to : ecommerce@hotelsviva.com.
In the case that the transfer copy is not received by the date stated, Viva Hotels & Resorts has the right to cancel the reservation without previous warning.
It will be necessary to state in the bank transfer the Booking Reference at the top of the form “BOOKING REFERENCE”
If the guest arrives at the hotel and the advanced payment has not been received , the hotel will not accept the voucher and will proceed to charge the gross amount stated at the top (of the form?).
CANCELLATIONS
Any payment made in advance for a “No show” reservation will not be reimbursed/refunded. This also is the case for cancellations not carried within the time limits stated in the General Conditions.
