San Pere, Puerto de Alcúdia (Majorca).

During the 29th of June, the traditional sea procession consists of accompanying the image of San Pere, the patron saint of the fishermen, through Alcudia Bay.

In this procession, all the ships are funnily decorated with little flags and colours. This festivity has a great range of cultural and musical activities. To close up the event there are especial fireworks that everybody can see from all the corners of the Bay.

San Joan, Ciutadella (Menorca)

The San Joan festivity is the most relevant of Ciutadella, Menorca. They are especially famous and many visitors are grouped there coming from different places of Spain.

They are celebrated between the 23rd and 24th of June. Full of movement, colour and an overflowed joy, the elegant Menorcan horses have a special prominence, as in their traditional covering or in the typical dances where the rider demonstrates his great skill and ability.
